Costco Wholesale

I’ve had a membership at Costco for years and I love coming here and shopping and getting some great deals. With that being said, unfortunately, I have ran into issues with the staff. I have a service dog who is a medical alert dog, and I have had multiple encounters with staff harassing me about my service animal. One of the managers confronted me about my service dog and told me he needs to be on a leash. Per ADA guidelines, this is not required as he is fully trained and does not require a leash. I have also had employees tell me he is not allowed in the store (he is a service dog and therefore I cannot shop without him). I love this store and I hope that the employees can be taught more information on the ADA and gain a better understanding as why someone might need a service dog.

This Costco is always well stocked and has fun seasonal offerings throughout the year. Love the self-checkout option too. The staff are always kind and courteous. Pharmacy staff are always kind and courteous even when they’re buried and have a long line of grouchy people to serve. Parking is never a problem. Loads of gas pumps too. Easy in and out!

Wonderful. Ya know, like most other Costcos around the country, this place is great. In particular one nice lady asked about taking my cart for me. She was so nice. She waited patiently as I had to clean up my pellets (for my pellet smoker/ BBQ) when I ripped the bag open. Only one thing I regret. Not getting her number. I always recommend Costco to my friends. Its really weird, back home everybody had a Costco card that is not true for Coeur D’Alene Idaho. But for me that's good news. The wait line to check out is no more than 3 carts and they scan everything in the cart whether its to large or not. Thats great for me after just having rotator cuff surgery. Ok, I'm off my soap box. Happy 4th of July on our 250th anniversary. Does anyone remember the Bicentennial on July 4th in 1976 and Elton John's song Philadelphia Freedom? If you never heard it, you should.

Waited 30 minutes for my order. No ppl in the que. Instead of apologising for loosing my order the Manager tried spinning about massive phone orders all of a sudden. Obviously a very entitled young manager. Such a shame jobs go to friends and family instead of experienced Managers. This particular Costco has gone the way of lost customer service.

1.22.26: I frequent this Costco anywhere from 1-3x monthly for groceries as we live 45 minutes away out in the country. Today I'm reviewing Costco's Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke, which I've bought countless times in the past and even on a regular when I lived in Reno. What I love about Costco's Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke is that it's consistently fresh every time! I've never had a bad batch, spoiled batch, nor a fishy smelling batch ever. The taste and season is consistent and can be paired with many different dishes. For people who steer away from it because it says wasabi, have no fear, I assure you it's not spicy hot like you imagine wasabi to be. My favorite is to have it with some plain ol jasmine rice--one of my staple meals for protein as I'm a pescatarian and meal prep time is pretty much non existent besides cooking of the rice. It's fast and easy and a great value for some quality tuna.
